The Everlasting Blessing

A little known story of the great Mercenary known as "King's Champion Ibechicken." In her youth, Ibechicken was blessed. The lady of the lake granted Ibechicken the ability to forge great blades, and was also granted great strength and speed. By the early age of 10, the child was capable of more amazing feats than some of the great Armsmen of the time. With strength greater than an ogre and speed greater than an Ogre and speed faster than a Kobold, at the age of 12, Ibechicken was able to wield a mighty Bastard sword with ease. This frightened the Defenders of Albion, and terrified the church. So Ibechicken was left to enter the Guild of Shadows as a Mercenary.

As time went by, the Guild noticed more and more blessings of Strength and Speed. As Ibechicken's skill with her weapons increased, so did the difficulty of her missions. Ibechicken was enlisted on several occasions to fight against enemies of the Crown. Ibechicken became known as one of the greatest Mercenaries to ever enlist in the Guild of Shadows.

Knowledge of Ibechicken spread throughout the Albion Kingdom as the blessings grew greater and greater. By the age of 25, Ibechicken was the greatest and best known name in all the land. Every person knew of her triumphs against the Dragons of Avalon and Dartmoor. Of the tale of the demon that stole the stone of Arawn from the Inconnu, and how Ibechicken took up arms and slew the foul creature. Ibechicken's blessings lasted 'til the day she died. At the age of 113, asleep in a great castle. Ibechicken was a great fighter for Albion.
